LAKE JACKSON, Texas – 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron
Paul attracted a peculiar 8,500-plus
voters to the third of three town hall meetings he held in California
this week, this time at UC-Berkeley. In drawing such a huge crowd
to
Berkeley, the 12-term Congressman from Texas shattered his unrivaled
town hall meeting attendance record.
At similar events held yesterday and Tuesday, respectively, Dr. Paul
drew remarkable crowds of 6,200-plus voters
to Cal State – Chico, and 6,000-plus at
UCLA.
Ron Paul’s college campus town hall meeting took place at 7:00 p.m. PST
at UC-Berkeley’s Memorial Glade, where he addressed the crowd from atop
the steps of Doe Library, Berkeley, CA 94720.
Dr. Paul spoke about his platform of constitutionally-limited
government, the enduring bonds between economic and civil liberties,
and elements of his ‘Plan to Restore
America,’
a fiscal blueprint the cuts Washington spending, shrinks the national
debt, and reverses the federal government’s harmful growth and
intrusiveness.

(YFP). YFP, an initiative of the Ron Paul 2012 Presidential
campaign,

BOISE, Idaho – 2012
Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul drew a crowd of 2,400
supporters in Moscow, Idaho today, demonstrating his popularity among
voters in the crucial northern region of the Gem State. The crowd
gathered expressly for the 12-term Congressman from Texas as he spoke
the University of Idaho Kibbie Dome on 1000 Stadium Drive in Moscow at
3:00 p.m. PST. This followed the earlier town hall in Sandpoint,
population 7,400, which drew 1,300 voters.
Ron Paul is believed to be the first and only active presidential
candidate to have a campaign swing through the region in over three
decades, holding two events in Moscow prior to the caucus. The
first
event had an expected turnout of about 400, with the University of
Idaho Student Union Building selected as the venue. With a
capacity of
only 1,000, 1,200 voters packed the room while over a thousand awaited
in a line throughout the building and down the street for a chance to
see the 12-term Congressman from Texas.
This event clearly broke the record for turnout in lieu of this being
the second such event within the same Latah County city of less than

BOISE, Idaho – 2012
Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul drew a crowd of 1,300

spoke at the Bonner County Fairgrounds Main Exhibition Hall on 4203

of

Notably, the massive crowd left the comfort of their homes in the town
of 7,400 out of a county with only 41,000 residents. This
contrasts
with less-inspiring candidates struggling with diminished interest,
including small crowd sizes for Rick Santorum in much larger Coeur
